Ingredients
1 tsp
olive oil

yellow onion, chopped
1/2 lb
chorizo
6
eggs, beaten
salt and pepper to taste
Step by Step Instructions
- Saute onions with olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until transparent
- Crumble chorizo into the skillet and cook fully, 8-10 minutes
- Add eggs, salt, and pepper, stirring until just cooked
- Enjoy!
